There are different bodies, different families, and different kinds.
Birds are in the bird family, fish are in the fish family, humans are in the human family, and God is in the God family.
God the Father is ETERNAL (Without beginning or end)
God the Son is the Aleph and Omega (He is the beginning and the end)
Jesus was since the earth began, but was begotten by the Father. That is what “Father” means. When Jesus was born of a virgin, He became a much lower status from being in the GOD family to be in the human family. After His death and resurrection He presented His body to be accepted by the Father. And the Father reinstated His Godhood.
