• The Cosmic Background Radiation is too uniform. There is less than 1 deg Kelvin from one side of the universe to the other and everywhere in between.
• Not enough gravity to maintain large galaxies on the outer edges of the known universe

-Hydrologic Sorting

As the tide waters crested and ebbed during the Global Flood. It stirred and mixed the sediment. Eventually the material began to settle, and settled into layers. This is a well known phenomenon to Engineers.

There are 2 reasons we see particular animals at different layers. Some animals sink faster than other, called BUOYANCY. And some animals can RUN to reach higher ground, like a horse can move faster than a clam.

So the fossils are sorted into their ability to move and their bodily buoyancy. NOT AGE.

That is why you see snails and mussels on the bottom; and birds and fish on the top. And in the middle are dinosaurs, humans, and monkeys.

If you drill a core sample from the earth, grind it up back into the original sedimentary particles. Put it in a tube, fill it with water and shake it up. It will again separate itself back into those same layers. This is more evidence, the earth is young and the layers happened quickly, not millions and billions of years.

There is no “Fossil Record”, Fossils don’t talk, or come with a toe-tag. There exist no “Transitional” fossils.

The way they determine the age of a fossil is by the paleologic layer its found in. And the way they determine the age of the paleological layer are by what fossils are found there. That boys and girls is called Circular Reference, its a logical fallacy.

Generally, the process of how fossils form is not in dispute. The questions of when they formed and how long it takes to fossilize are what is debated. Here are some basic points to remember.

1. The earth has trillions of fossils
2. Most animals alive today have been found as fossils
3. The fossils are nearly identical to today’s plants and animals, except many are bigger!
4. If there has been any evolution, the fossils don’t show it—unless it is backwards.
5. Fossils are not seen forming today in any significant numbers.
6. Fossils are often extremely well preserved—even internal organs of insects have been preserved. This indicates a very rapid burial—before they could rot.
7. Many fossils show obvious signs of great stress and nearly instantaneous burial. Some still have their last meal halfway in their mouth!
8. Fossils occasionally are found intruding into several different rock layers of rock that have been given different ages, by millions of years.
9. All known types of fossils can form quickly. The Flood of Noah provides exactly the right conditions to form fossils by the trillions.
10. The fossils are not normally found in the order pictured in the textbooks or predicted by evolution.
11. There are hundreds of examples showing rapid fossilization. We have a fossilized pickle, found still in the jar. The jar was made between 1930 and 1960. Ripley’s Museum in St. Augustine, Florida has a cluster of fossilized peanuts.
12. There is no “fossil record.”

Radiometric dating is often used to “prove” rocks are millions of years old. Once you understand the basic science, however, you can see how wrong assumptions lead to incorrect dates. By dating rocks and fossils of known ages which give highly inflated ages, geologists have shown this method can’t give reliable absolute ages.

If radiometric dating doesn’t agree with the preconceived philosophy of the lab, then they just dismiss it.

Rabbits can grow thicker fur when placed in a cold environment. Dogs can develop more webbing between their toes when they are bred on an island. If you plant a seed outside its environment, you may get survivors, you can plant the seed of the survivors and get more hardy plants for that climate.

ALL DOGS come from wolves. You can take the DNA of any wolf and create any dog breed. But you cannot make a wolf with the DNA of any dog breed. Because all breeds are only SELECTED PARTS of the wolf genome.

There are LIMITS to Adaptation and Selection, you can create all kinds of mutations within the limits of the gene. You can make big dogs and little dogs, but you can’t make a dog as big as Texas, or a dog as small as a flea. There are limits.

All material things in the whole universe are made out of atoms. Atoms are electrons, protons, and neutrons and nothing else.

The cross-section of a hair is 750,000 atoms across the diameter. Atoms are extremely small.

If you held a Neutron or Proton in your hand, and it was the size of a grapefruit. Then the electron would be the size of a cherry and a Football Field distance away (100 yards or 300 feet). So, an electron is orbiting the Neutron at screaming fast speeds. It orbits so fast, that it just looks like a bubble, with the neutron on the inside at a football field away in all directions.

You can fit 1,000,000 Neutrons or Protons in one Atom. There is an incredible amount of empty space in every atom, and even more space between molecules. That means, things you think are “Solid” are actually 99.9996% empty space. A steel bar contains almost NO PHYSICAL matter. It “feels” solid because of the nuclear force of the atoms.

ANOTHER TWIST: We can’t actually “see” electrons, Neutrons, or Protons… not even with an Electron-Microscope. These smallest particles are THEORETICAL. We can only see their orbits and observe their BEHAVIOR or their EFFECTS. You could say all atom are just WAVES.

Job 38:6  On what are the foundations fastened to? Or who laid its cornerstone, 
Job 38:7  When the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy? 
Job 38:8  Or who shut up the sea with doors, when it broke forth as it came from the womb? 
Job 38:9  When I made the clouds its robe, and thick darkness a swaddling band for it, 
Job 38:10  And prescribed My limit on it, and set bars and doors, 
Job 38:11  And I said, ‘You shall come to here, but no further; and here your proud waves shall stop.’ 
Job 38:12  Have you commanded the morning since your days began, and caused the dawn to know its place, 
Job 38:13  That it might take hold of the ends of the earth; that the wicked might be shaken out of it? 
Job 38:14  It is changed like clay under a seal; and they stand forth like a garment. 
Job 38:15  But from the wicked their light is withheld, and the uplifted arm is broken. 
Job 38:16  Have you entered into the springs of the sea? Or have you walked in search of the depths? 
Job 38:17  Have the gates of death been opened to you? Or have you seen the gates of the shadow of death? 
Job 38:18  Have you surveyed the breadth of the earth? Declare it, if you know it all! 
Job 38:19  Where is the way where light dwells? And as for darkness, where is the place thereof, 
Job 38:20  That you should take it to its boundary, and that you should know the paths to its home? 
Job 38:21  Do you know it, because you were then born? Or are the number of your days great? 
Job 38:22  Have you entered into the treasures of the snow? Or have you seen the treasures of the hail, 
Job 38:23  Which I have reserved for the time of trouble, against the day of battle and war? 
Job 38:24  By what way is the light distributed, and how does the east wind spread itself upon the earth? 
Job 38:25  Who has cut a channel for the overflowing of waters, or a pathway for the thunderbolts; 
Job 38:26  To cause rain to fall upon the earth where no man is, a wilderness and no man in it; 
Job 38:27  To satisfy the desolate and waste ground, and to cause the bud of the tender herb to spring forth? 
Job 38:28  Has the rain a father? Or who has brought forth the drops of dew? 
Job 38:29  Out of whose womb came the ice? And the frost of the heavens, who engendered it? 
Job 38:30  The waters are hard like stone, and the face of the deep is frozen. 
Job 38:31  Can you bind the bands of the Pleiades, or loosen the cords of Orion? 
Job 38:32  Can you bring the constellations in their season? Or can you guide the Bear with its sons? 
Job 38:33  Do you know the ordinances of the heavens? Can you set up their dominion on the earth? 
Job 38:34  Can you lift up your voice to the clouds, so that floods of waters may cover you? 
Job 38:35  Can you send lightnings, that they may go, and say to you, ‘Here we are?’ 
Job 38:36  Who has put wisdom in the inward parts? Or who has given understanding to the mind? 
Job 38:37  Who can number the clouds by wisdom; or who can pour out the bottles of the heavens, 
Job 38:38  When the dust is melted into hardness, and the clods cling fast together? 
Job 38:39  Will you hunt the prey for the lion, or fill the appetite of the young lions, 
Job 38:40  When they crouch in dens, and sit in the cover of their hiding place? 
Job 38:41  Who provides food for the raven, when its young ones cry to God and wander about without food?”
